Parts of TLS were already in English, but Xeno im not too sure of. E3 will determine many things; I do think Xenoblade will hit America within 1-3 months of E3. TLS is gonna take just as long to localize as Xeno did.
You know what, I'll be bold and say The Last Story will not release in Europe until January 2013 when it can't sell worth a damn.
