Naughty Dog dropped Crash after PSOne, chances are they are dropping Jak for PS3 and they might drop Uncharted for PS4. Naughty Dog likes to create new IP's if you should be mad at anyone it should be Sony as far as I know they own the rights to Jak.
So complain to Sony that they should task another developer with Jak. As for Sony Bend I agree that Siphon Filter should be a priority. But as someone else said them being given such a successful franchise is like when Retro was given Metroid and over night dropped all their other projects. Everyone wants to work on one of the best IP's in the world.
So again you shouldn't be mad at Bend you should be mad at Sony. Sony could liscense Siphon Filter to another developer or even a third party could they not? Infact I am upset with Nintendo sometimes for not liscensing some of their un-used franchises to other studios.
Look at StarFox Assualt it was liscensed to Namco and while some didn't like it as much as 64. As a stand alone title it was pretty good. Better then not getting any StarFox at all.
