Considering Yakuza 3 & 4, there's no reason to assume it won't make it over.

OT: This is the one Yakuza game I'm really thinking about picking up on Day 1.

Ryu ga Gotoku Kenzan didn't make it out of Japan though so it's hard to know what SEGA will do with this one.
