Suprised this hasn't been posted already.
Most looking forward t:
E.Y.E (has the potential to be the next Deus Ex from what I've seen)
A Game of Thrones (books are awesome)
Witcher 2 (first one was great and this is looking better)
Age of Empires Online (currently in the beta and it's looking good so far)
It's also funny how many games are from people who started as Half-Life mod makers.
