That was in 3D.  Was it the first?  idk, but it was way before sony.  Hell i don't even think sony was a video game company yet even, cause that was back in 1995

PS1 came out in Japan in 1994

I didn't know the ps1 had any 3d games, but reading again i'm guessing you are just stating when sony became a video game company
