This is the correct answer. Margins on the 160, while in the black per Sony, probably aren't anything near an oil well. Including a game for the same price may be tight enough on the margin to remove the profit altogether. Whereas, the extra $50 for a bigger drive (that costs nowhere near $50 more to make) has much more room for fudging things in to add value. Besides, if someone was interested in a system for KZ3, the $350 is still a better option for them than a $300 system and a $60 game, let alone the bigger drive.
