Can't be done, personally I think cops need to shoot child killers and other such horrible beings during the arrest and just say they saw him reaching for a weapon, it's alot better then them going free because their lawyers suppress evidence 

Yes it can, your mentality is exactly why it WONT be done. Also, your thoughts make you no better than the  murderer you condemn. The justice system was set up so people don't go around killing the accused. Because there are cases when the accused really are innocent.
