Anyway, metric should be used in physics, but it's not like feet are some imaginary measurement...they can be used if they want.


 The English stopped using their own system decades ago. The US was suppose to drop the English system too except we backed out and now, we're the only ones using it :(

Oddly enough, everytime I have to do some engineering calculations, I absolutely hate it when they give units in pounds. I always have to find the mass and dividing it by 32.2 ft/sec^2 usually produces a neverending decimal. However, I like using feet for some reason. To me, ft-lbs sounds cooler than Joules.
