hm... that's a matter of definitions
I've seen enough instances in which pure excitement for a company and it's products (without being offensive towards other people) was being called "fanboyish".
So, I'd personally use the word "hateboy" to refer to the malicious kind, which just likes to be offensive and rude. Hateboys don't need to be fan of anything though (so, I don't see it as subgroup of/ or a condition for being a "fanboy") , you can easily hate without having clear preferences of your own.
