I thought Medal of honour came first? In which case COD is a parody of that?
Also, I agree it's GOTY. Mainly because no other games have come out this year which I've played 
@RainbowYoshi- That bit was great. More companies need to do things like this and show that they still have originality and it isn't all too serious nowadays. Because that's a worry
