But sony were developing the move long ago, might not of been before the Wii or could have but the move was suppose to come out with the eyetoy years ago but the camera couldn't detect the light. But there is an video floating around where an sony rep shows off that tech with an lolly pop type stick.
also the Kinect was not ms (ms later bought them tho) but were people creating an competitior to the EyeToy, and one that works better which it does since its now heading like 9 years into the future
And what would be the situation right now. Well Nintendo would be doing fine off the back of the DS.
SONY and MS would gain more market share and add around 10 million each.
