Two thoughts ...
Very few companies make major game announcements at GDC unless it is directly related to a technology they're trying to sell to developers; either physically sell or to convince the developers that the concept is cool.
Nintendo tends not to attend GDC, but occassionally they are involved in key-note speeches or developer round tables; and I believe that is what their involvement is this year.
With this in mind, I wouldn't expect much in the way of announcements.
