Disclaimer: Graphics are not that important. Just to inform you, I am Nintendo's biggest fan. Now that is said, let me explain what I feel about DS vs PSP : Part 2.
From what I have seen, games that require a decent amount of horsepower, like RE are chugging along and not running smooth.. but the graphics look good.
Street FIghter 4-3DS, from what I have seen, looks great. By far the best looking/running game I've seen on 3DS. But SF4 wouldn't require that much horsepower.
3DS is pretty powerful, but today's cell phones are on par or have more horse power than the 3DS. People will buy a 3DS because of the Nintendo brand and the 3D.
Ok, now let's look at Sony from Nintendo land.
Sony setting the standard on horsepower again, even in todays crowded handheld market. From what I heard. the 3DS isn't as powerful as the Galaxy S, and the PSP2 is 8 times more powerful than the Galaxy S. Just try to imagine that for a moment...
3G with portable PS3 graphics PLUS Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3. = Game changer.
3DS will get Gamecube/PS2 ports.(Nintendo's smart. Keeping the handheld and home console market seperate with a new flavor)
PSP2 will get current generation homeconsole ports. (will this slow PS3 sales? I think so.)
