Most importantly: With specs like that how much are the games going to cost? It's the recurring fees that hurt more. Secondly: If Sony sells this at a loss and charges under $300 then they could actually pull this off but that would be taking a huge risk with all the money they lost with that same stategy they used with the PS3.
