It works. It's 3D. It has good games/modes

The main reason I don't want a 3DS is because I don't really want another system...

I wouldn't be able to afford all of the games I would want to buy. I have already stopped playing/buying new games for my DS(The 1st model/fat) and I currently focus on the Wii and I buy maybe like 3 PS3 games a year. 

With that said I like 3D but I would probably have to stop buying new Wii games if I were to get a 3DS and I think I choose Wii over 3DS.

IF that's the case, then for you, it would likely be better to wait for a while before you get the 3DS

There are many, many quality Wii games out there, and it'd be a shame not to play them. The 3DS ain't going anywhere

Resident Evil used to be my favorite franchise until Pikmin...I didn't like RE4 or RE5 as much as the 1st 3 and the one on the 3DS is like the 1st 3 LOL. If Pikmin and RE are both on the 3DS then I might buy one...but hopefully Pikmin 3(and a true RE) are coming to the Wii!

Resi4, Resi2, Resi1 and Resi0 are already on the Wii. As are Pikmin 1, and 2, and likely 3, so

I have RE1 Archives but I don't have RE4Wii Edition or RE0(Don't like this one)

I live in America so I don't have NPC Pikmin 2...

RE2 is on the Wii?

Here in the UK, yes. 

Anyway, if not, you can just get the GC version for about £5 and use that
