Price cuts depend on the objectives of the companies. As we cannot point to their maximising unit sales yet, then we'd have to assume they would try to maximise profit. Hence I think it isn't assured that Nintendo will cut the price although Sony doesn't seem to care about profit so they might and if Sony does Microsoft will.
