Depends what innovation it comes with.
If it wasn't for the 3D, the 3DS would be worth of ~150$. A new gimmick let Nintendo set the price at 250 because they know people will pay that to see 3D in the palm of their hands without the annoying glasses.
If Wii 2 is worth of 200, but the innovation it comes with turns out to be the next big thing like the Wiimote, then I can bet anyone Nintendo is going for 350$.
