For the fiscal year Japan gets 1.5m, Europe gets 900k, which leaves 1.6m for everywhere else. Seems like America would get the bulk of that, with maybe 200-300k for any other territories it might launch before the fiscal year ends (like Australia or Korea) but nothing's been confirmed yet. iQue did mention a Chinese launch in April though.
