It's still relevant, because what he was getting at gives an idea of where GT5 could be headed (seeing as it is Sony's biggest title).

Regardless, I don't want to off through the thread, but I understood what he was saying.

Fastest Sony, fastest Activision, fastest Ubisoft, fastest Sega...all irrelevant to the context of the thread.   Like being the fastest blue car in the race.   That's great but it's not changing the rate of sales or its context against the competition (DKCR).   It doesn't matter if it's the fastest X publisher title on the platform.   That only shows context against other PS3 titles.  Does absolutely nothing in terms of the context against the race overall....which is against DKCR.

That doesn't take anything away from what GT5 has accomplished.  It's simply immaterial to the debate.

Something else peculiar.  All the games in his post were italicized.
