Its her fault nonethless; she should have stoped as soon as she heard/felt her phone ring or vibrate, not just keep walking. What bunchs of dicks of security for taping her mishap though. You can only ruin yourself if don't know what it takes be a human with self control. Like with alcohol, video games, TV, internet, etc.
