Only a slight one at first, I would guess.
But japanese developers are already switching heavily to the 3DS it seems and western developers should put more resources into handheld games again compared to 2009 / 2010. Even more so when the PSP2 is released.
So in the long run (starting around Christmas) we should see less (japanese) games on home consoles and older handhelds.
