And even if they are normal users, I've never seen them, no-one here knows them and they don't know me, yet the are aloud to vote.

Suspicious indeed.  It's also suspicious how those two posters--spongebob and guardian--always vote within minutes of each other, and always vote down the same users.

Yup, We need a rule change next time.
