I will tell you if Nintendo implemented some sore of achievement system into the wii or 3ds, I would buy them immediately. Without them, then I will have to think about it more. Simple.
It might seem silly to some, but achievements do make games better. I am replaying games several times over and experiencing a much richer experience than I ever would have without them.
If Nintendo believes what they do then there is a way for their achievment system to evolve beyond the others. Its up to Nintendo to figure out how specifically, but if they dont include some sort of trophy system in the wii 2, I think it is a huge mis- step.
