What you said is true, but I also think they need to revise their marketing strategy. It could be ignorance on my part, but it seems like they're having a bit of a hard time gaining mainstream appeal with their products. Now, I don't vindicate this necessarily, but they need a thing or two that can really sell their brand, you know?
