There's an IE9 already? Woot! Use Opera, superfast and supereasy. |
Opera has actually been a pain for me... i'm developing a website and I can't figure out how to stop Opera caching things like stylesheets for hours (I believe Opera creates server-side cache files or something, and although I have turned all the feasible options off in Opera it still doesn't update all the files on re-load... also, possibly because I have turned all the cahcing options off, it is actually the slowest of the major browsers for me. (not that Opera is exactly major).
IE9 I think is still in Beta, though I think a release candidate is out soon (or already?)... i'll be damn glad when it's out anyway as first of all from what I have experienced it's at least on par with Chrome/Safari for a typical user, and secondly anything that lessens the use of IE7 and 8 is good in my book. (Unfortunately I don't think anything can lessen the use of IE6 until Microsoft kills it themselves)
