I think it needs to be up ~60k on PS3 in Americas to do it, but chances are DS will snipe it. Unless of course the numbers will go down drastically due to the fact that 3DS went on preorder in Japan recently.. and ran out of the said preorders lol.
2nd-3rd is not out of the question, it's all too dynamic, so it could swing either way.
