Given that this is as high-profile, high-production value JRPG as the Wii is going to get, it would pretty much mean that Nintendo feels there is no market for RPGs on the Wii in the West, which would then lead to the outside possibility of Dragon Quest X ending up Japan-exclusive, since Square Enix seems to have given up localizing that series, and if Nintendo doesn't think it's viable...
Though Yarton's right, to a point, simply in that Last Story would be hard for me to cram in this year, and as far as finding things to play, there's no way i'm going to really miss it |
SE will have it localized no matter what. DQ IX sold over 1M in the west. They aren't going to pass on that.
