Does anyone know if the thing even comes with a game for £219? I mean that price is pretty... exhuberant alone but if you need to spend £250 to actually have a game to play on the thing, I just can't quite fathom that. To give anyone outside the UK some perspective, the original DS launched at £99, the Wii launched at £180 (With Wii Sports), You can currently buy a 360 with Kinect and Kinect Adventures for £219 or a PS3 with a new game for £229.

My gut feeling is that Nintendo are going to be selling these things at a loss in the USA for $250, so they're trying to balance out that expenditure with profitable sales in Europe / Australia. I'm sure all will be revealed in the upcoming months, but these prices are beyond what anyone I've spoken to can believe :(.

Oh well, it does make you wonder the next round of consoles are going to cost if we're now at $250 for a handheld without a game 0_o.
