You can disagree all you want. Videogames on the iPhone or online or whatever are still Videogames :)

Very true.  But let me ask you this.  Would you expect VGChartz to start tracking Iphone games?*  No matter how much the industry wants it, the Iphone or any other smartphone won't be looked upon as a gaming device like any true portable game.  So I will disagree all I want!
