no i believe you buy the PS3 you get an steam version free (for mac and pc) but not the other way around. So basically valve wants all owners of both ps3 and pc to buy the PS3 version of the game. 

well unless the PC version costs $60, I'm not buying the PS3 version as I do not want a physical disc at all.
