The technology is nowhere near ready yet... Unless you are suggesting shutter-glasses, which Nintendo has stated before is not something they want to support... I can barely see them getting seriously behind regular polarizing glasses either, since most TVs out today do not support this feature yet.
And if you are talking about an actual dual screen headset like in that video, the cost alone would be prohibitive at this point... it would be easier to release a head-strap for the 3DS since it already comes with the motion sensors needed for head-tracking 
Unless there is some other way to display separate pictures for each eye that I am not aware of...
