Reasons why handhelds can do this and not consoles is that people tend to burn through handhelds a lot faster so the rebuy rate is a lot higher. What Imean is how many kids drop and break their handhelds over the course of a few years and need a new one. Consoles for the most part stay in 1 spot for most of their life and are not prone too travel damage
