I'm just talking in general...most people who say what you said think Nomura is a Sony worshipper or something. But like Max said, you have to think he also has a good relationship with Nintendo seeing as how he made CoM, 358/2 Days, TWEWY, and now KH 3D for the 3DS.
Also even though they have the engine, they're already making a new one remember?
Also, would they really believe the game would sell better on the HD consoles than the Wii? EM was supposed to be for the HD consoles but moved to the Wii and had great results. Just because they have the engine means nothing...it's not like they can't make a new one for KH3, they make engines all the time.

I don't know I heard making an engine is very expensive so I would think they want to make the most out of them.
Also, about KH3's sales, it's very hard to say. I'm thinking that it would sell the most on the PS3 in Japan but on the Wii in Americas. I don't really know about EMEAA. That's why I think the safest and the smartest choice would be PS3Wii.
