The only reason PS3 outsold 360 the first week of 2011 is due to 360 shortages in America. If there were no shortages the 360 would have handily outsold the PS3, probably at about the same ratio as 360 outsold PS3 in November 2010.
Once MS gets the supply issue sorted out in America 360 will get back to outselling the PS3 weekly. The Kinect momentum is just too big right now for PS3 to keep up.
