PS3 hack taken to new level now hackers able to get tons of free Trophies

Word is that you can't sync them with Sony's servers, but I don't really see how it threatens trophies even if you could. Sony could just deal with offenders like Microsoft deals with achievement hackers: reset their trophies and/or smack them with the banhammer.
