I don't remember anything like this, and I usually do. So while I believe you believe this, and while it is always possible I missed it, either provide a source or I call this nonsense

I Googled this but have only found threads where people hope for localization of both or threads mention localization of S&P2 with hopes of localization of Zangeki as well, but no thread/site mentioning any localization connection between these 2 games. So - source?
