If you mean the Temporary Restraining Order, I think Sony would be hard pressed to show the irreparable harm that would result in the next ten days. If you mean the injunction overall, I'm less sure: the DMCA in particular has some provisions that really favor copyright holders. I'll have to check the laws they're citing here.
