Lol , i love how sony doesn't mention ps3' current userbase, just what the userbase will be....after 3 months !!! (end of March). Also it's great that kinect has already a much bigger userbase in one of sony's strongest markets compared to move (since 300k move wands sold = userbaser lower than 300k) in like half the time (2 months vs. 4 months).

Anyway the difference between the 360 and the ps3 in France doesn't seem that great to me (2.2 million 360s sold) and France is the second biggest european market and one of the markets that are supposed to give the ps3 an edge in Europe (along with Spain, Germany and Italy) against xbox360 U.K domination.

X360 33,603 (-36%) 2,457,896

To me the difference is pretty huge.

3,052,914 in 1,380 Days -- or -- 197 Weeks, that averages 15,500 units per week for the PS3.

2,457,896 in 1,855 Days -- or -- 265 Weeks, that averages 9,275 units per week for the X360.

As for the UK, check this out:

X360 91,370 (-33%) 6,148,322
PS3 41,048 (-36%) 3,801,039

X360 averages 23,200 copies per week and PS3 averages 19,300 per week. Nothing really big here indeed.
