Why you think selling more copies of a hit game is something beyond considering is just silly.

It's selling more copies of a hit game. Your comment is basically the same bad logic that made developers neglect the Wii ("we sold a million copies of RE4 on the Wii. We can't have more of that").

Okay, I see that comment could be read two ways, and it hopefully wasn't what I thought it was.

It definitely wasn't.  It makes more sense to interpret it how Seece and Rol did really.

 

Well I have seen that kind of phrase in terms of "they shouldn't do this", especially in regards to third party Wii support. That's why I saw it that way. But since you didn't mean it that way, I of course retract that reply.

And I agree that Nintendo doesn't even need to consider this. Just freakin' do it.
