I really hope they develop it further this time - much further. AI behaviour outside combat seemed extremely scripted in Oblivion, and in combat, it was extremely straigthforward. Both are horrible, I don't think I've seen worse AI in any game in years (well maybe I have but only in Oblivion did it stand out so badly). I really hope they put more effort into AI this time.
