I think it is pretty much 249.99 for the 3DS, and 39.99-49.99 for the games. That is my prediction. (SERIOUSLY AMERICA FIX YOUR CURRENCY!)

Regular DS games are 4800 yen in Japan too.  $29.99-39.99 seems more likely for US 3DS games, which is what PSP game are.
