VGChartz seems quite close to Ubisoft's given figures, though looks like it might be a little undertracked?

EDIT: Oh wait. When the title for the thread read "sold-through" I took it to mean these are sold to customer sales. That doesn't seem to be made clear in the press release. Are these shipped numbers then?

Sold-through  = to consumers.
