Looks like I'm buying glasses, because I still want to play Revelations really bad. Still, I'd love to keep my eyesight too.

Played about 2 hours worth of 3DS at E3.  No eye troubles from myself or anyone else on my staff.

It's just Nintendo covering their asses with the warning and the stupid lawsuits.

Pretty much.  Anyone familiar with opening a new packaging of Nintendo hardware should also be familiar with the inundation of warnings and safety guidelines they include to help stave off frivilous lawsuits.
