Not so much... Microsoft said Xbox 360 sold (aka shipped) over 50 million... so VGC data is on spot now.... over 50 million.

Well it clearly depends how much over 50m they are talking about... I doubt VGC is much off, but I expect we will see an upward adjustment for the 360 by late January.  The NPD thread will be a monster this month.

Kinect sales to existing owners?  Have you been paying attention the last few weeks?... you do know the 360 sold 1m for 2 weeks straight right?  I'm pretty sure a lot of new adopters are down to Kinect, and so it will continue through 2011.

 

I meam the difference... VGC undertracked Kinect but not 360... so the 1-2 million under here was just for Kinect and not for 360.... so maybe these case sold to existing users.

Thats impossible surely.

Kinect is bundled...  so if they have underscored the Kinect then they surely must have underscored the 360 somewhat.

No if ioi tracked fine all Kinect bundled with 360... bundled with console is more easy to track than standalone.

If 360 was undertracked here then the VGC data > M shipped data... that's impossible.
