PSP will be dead before the XBox 360. Even after the XBox 720 (or whatever it will be called) gets released in 2012-2013, Microsoft already said they won't be pulling the XBox 360. It'll still be on the market until at least 2015 and will probably drop to $129 or even $99 before it's finally fazed out.
