If the rumors are correct, there's going to be both a PsPhone (now called Zeus) and a PSP2.

It will be probably be like having an iPod touch and an iPhone, the PSP2 will just be the other, but it can't make phone calls (I don't know whether it would be able to run Android too?)

But would Sony really announce the PSP 2 at CES? I would have thought they might wait for E3, but I suppose it could be trying to present it as more of an all round device than just a games machine
