What makes you think wii will do 21.8M, I reckon it will do about 14M, hence topping 98M end of year and DS will do about 16M,doing 160M end of year. 3DS will do like 11M.

I will explain my reasoning for all systems:

PSP) The PSP will drop down to 5 Million because in 2011 it will be up against 2 handhelds and not just the DS. Also,(all jokes aside) the PSP is actually dying in America and I predict it will only sell 900K in America in 2011. Overall in 2011 PSP will be down Y.O.Y by about 4 Million.(5 Million)

DS The DS will continue to do well in 2011 despite the 3DS being released. Pokemon Black And White will push its final #'s along with continued sales from the likes of "leg" games. Overall the DS will be down Y.O.Y by about 3.5 Million(18.3 Million)

3DS The 3DS will get huge support in 2011 from many big games including Mario Kart and Nintendogs And Cats. To be honest though, I expect huge numbers for 2011 but expect the 3DS to die off way faster than the DS... I see it being the PS3 of the Handhelds and while "core" gamers love it it will be to "core" and pricey for the casual leading to lifetime sales of about 90 Million.(A lot but compared to the DS...not so much)(20.5 Million)

XBox 360 The XBox 360 will be in a very good position in Early 2011 compared to Early 2010 thanks mainly due to Kinect and a little help from the 360 Slim. Though starting sales will be great once it reaches the Slim launch I expect it to remain up Y.O.Y due to a Price Cut to $250 and $150 to go against the Slim of 2010.(Kinect too) I expect many Kinect games throughout 2011 to keep Kinect strong. Overall 360 will be up Y.O.Y by about 900K.(14 Million)

PS3 The PS3 will have a slow start in 2011 due to its small Holiday 2010 lineup not being able to continue in Early January 2011.(Except GT5) Starting in Late January and continuing for a good amount of time PS3 should see a very good lineup of big games from January until E3. It won't only have a big lineup for 2011 I also expect PS3 to get a Price Cut to $250(The $350 one will be discontinued) making a big splash for PS3 as I am one of the people who believe that the PS3 price is its biggest boundary.  Overall PS3 will be up Y.O.Y by about 1.7 Million.(15.4 Million)

Wii The Wii will start off strong as always in 2011. In 2009 and 2010 the Wii fell a lot and couldn't keep momentum throughout the year only to get it back during the Holiday's. In 2011 I see it being more like 2008 and keep momentum all year. With The Last Story in Japan for January, and Mario Sports Mix in America and Others for February 2011 is already off to a great start game wise in Early 2011. Also, who knows when but Zelda is likely due in the 1st half of the year which will also continue sales especially in America. besides for the games already announced I also expect a huge lineup for the rest of 2011 as well being revealed sometime before or at E3. Out of those games one in particular stands out to me...the odd but unknown Vitality Sensor. I fully am excited to hear more about the V.S and I personally expect it to blow up in a similar way to Wii Fit. I also see a Price Cut to $150 happening sometime in 2011 which should also help Wii to explode. In 2011 I expect Wii sales to blow up and have a huge year mainly due to a big starting lineup, a Price Cut, and the Vitality Sensor. Overall Wii will be up Y.O.Y by about 3.3 Million.(21.8 Million)
