Like I said, show the post where I defended piracy and not homebrew.
You're the one who made the accusation.

"This is why the whole issue of piracy is overblown. Black Ops was pirated in 2010 more than MW2 was pirated in 2009 if I am not mistaken, but isn't it outselling it in the same span?"
This is trying to justify theft.
Edit: saw your above post, it IS defending piracy, and it also ignores games with small margins for profit.

No that is not Kyliedog. Saying the claims of piracies effects on the industry are overblown is different from saying that I believe piracy is alright to do.
Come on Kyliedog, just admit that you made a bogus claim about me, because you know damn well you did.

The effects of piracy may be overblown on massive sellers like CoD games, but your statement is very biased and does not acknowledge other games with small margins for profit. The effect of piracy for these is very different compared to CoD.
You cannot have one rule for one game and another rule for another though. Piracy as a whole hurts. There are more lower sellers than CoD sellers.

I acknowledged from the start that piracy is a negative of a console being opened up. I know piracy has it's effects, I just believe it is not as big as people make it out to be.
Do you hate the second hand market too? How about game rentals or letting many people you know borrow your games?
1 Million people buying a used game, 1 Million people lending out their copy of Black Ops or 1 Million people renting games all results in devs losing 1M in sales does it not?
iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.
