 its not done manually, rather probably automatically by the server. Maybe you had some kind of virus/spyware/trojan on your pc and it wanted to do something to the server , who knows. Perhaps you made like a zillion connections in a day which would result in some kind of anti-spam ban. Could be several reasons, best if you just pm ioi to tell him thats it's happening to a lot of people
