I think this whole thing is overblown. Kids are going out to see 3D movies in record numbers. If people are seeing 2 hr movies, why is Nintendo limiting the 3DS to 30 minutes of gameplay?
Nintendo is just trying to pre-empt a lawsuit. Show me actual studies, not company PR.
